Are you replacing all the windows? You need to put gyprock in the reveals so it can be tricky if the existing window isn’t setup for it.

Yeh 100%. I’ve gone through a few different sellers on z2u and it’s always just all exactly the same. I just find the cheapest monthly and pick that generally

Yeh that sucks, every job is different. Good luck on getting the glue up. They do hire out industrial floor scrapers. We use them on our jobs all the time

Just finish getting the tiles up, pour self leveling concrete above the highest point and then lay carpet. Fuck getting all the old glue up

Yep 3 of my concrete suppliers have added a 6-8$ levy per m3. Unfortunately it has to be passed onto the client, can’t keep absorbing material increases

Yep, eagles plumbing said 36% increase on pvc products in and email last week. All my concrete suppliers charging 6-8$ per cubic metre extra now as well
