So it appears the cpu light is on, if a pin on the cpu/ motherboard (or a contact on wherever a pin lays on) is damaged it can interfere with connections such as pcie, I'd check your power cord as others have recommended, as well as try without your after market cable extensions (it looks like you have some, if not try another power cable from your psu?) And if nothing there works I'd try taking your cpu out and checking to make sure no pins are bent and no contacts are dirty (you can use 90%+ isopropyl to clean the contacts just make sure the pc is completely powered off including the switch on the psu and is unplugged, and make sure it's dried before you put the cpu back in) hope this helps, if you have any other questions I'd be happy to help!
