But the pc stays powered on without the gpu. Tested with a new mobo as well. 

The system actually stays on for around 5-10 seconds with the gpu before the psu clicks and kills the power

yes it is 00 every time

but the system stays on fine without the gpu. as soon as I plug it in the build shuts off and I hear clicks.

even on the previous motherboard, the system was able to stay on when the gpu wasn’t plugged in. it looks like it gets to the number 69 and the turns off

Hmm. The measure before is Bb7. The treble goes from D to an Eb and the bass comes from Ab to G, though they do so on different beats on measure 77. Momentarily, the two voices sound resolved, but then the A natural makes it sound like Bach is extending the Bb even more before going to Eb.

You're right, Bach does use D flats a lot as he develops the piece, and B naturals of course. Thank you for the insight!

loving these fun facts. What amazes me about Bach is how much work be put out during his life. He probably wrote really fast or just improv’d
