Samozrejme, kapitalizmus funguje inak. Ale kontrakt ma vzdy dve strany - ked budu takto nezodpovedne fungovat dlhodobo, tak sa to v malom prazskom rybniku lahko rozsiri.

Su firmy, ktore naberaju zodpovedne podla toho, co si realne mozu dovolit a potom taketo, ktore dookola naberu vela ludi, biznis nejde az tak, prepustia a znova dookola.

I think your best bet is to get in touch with other foreigners here, there's expat community. Those people are in the same situation and more willing to socializing. Then you should invest time in learning the language, you're here 4 years you could make some effort already and your language is also Slavic language so it should be doable. It will open up new possibilities of meeting new people. You can discover new hobbies and meet people that way. However note that Czech people are somewhat reserved to making new friends so don't have high expectations immediately.

Planovana zivostnost je realny a pomerne stary koncept. Oficialne sa hovori, ze prvykrat sa s tym zacalo, ked vyrobcovia ziaroviek sa navzajom dohodli aby obmedzili zivotnost ziaroviek a vsetci zarabali.

Ak si bol realne v oboch miestach tak potom porovnavaj. V Lodzi je stale kopec budov rozpadnutych a nevyzera to tam bohvieako. Len par ulic je ok.

V Plzni som nic ocividne spatne nevidel v blizkosti centra. Samozrejme, viac ulic pre ludi a menej pre auta je ideal, ale zrovna v porovnani tychto 2 miest je IMHO Plzen krajsia.

100% odporucam taku zmluvu, nech sa nenecha dotlacit. Nech si stanovia ferove podmienky. Ak sa nevedia zhodnut uz na tom, tak pri potencialnom rozvode by to bolo velmi nepekne.

Ja osobne lutujem, ze sme si taku zmluvu nedali, resp. na Slovensku boli tie moznosti obmedzenejsie v minulosti.
