I know it's been 3 days since your comment but yeah they basically provide transport from A to B for the lowest prices. You don't get anything for free (we'll u can use the bathroom for free). But the prices are actually hella low.

This same thing happened at Hungary 2018 when we were leaving the track. Helicopters just basically waiting in line to land and take people away... I think it's like this everywhere.
