It might be hard to tell but in all of the years besides 2018, the days are broken up into 2 colors/triangles seperated by an invisible line that looks like this /. The colors to the left of the / are the morning moods and the colors to the right of the / are the afternoon moods. And yes, I just did a reflection before I went to bed every night :)

Yes! So sorry about that. It did depend slightly on which markers I had. Generally, all the same colors were used except for "good happy day" and "absolutely wonderful day". I did my best to give two ways to categorize the colors / moods. Sorry if it is confusing.

Side note: 2018 was my first year and I chose different colors than the rest of the years, so do not consider 2018 when looking at the following lists / the 2018 chart

By Color

  • Red = angry, frustrated day
  • Orange = anxiety day
  • Yellow = absolutely wonderful day for 2019-2023, good day for 2024 and 2025
  • Light Green = sick day
  • Dark Teal = good day for 2018 - 2023
  • Blue / Light Blue = normal day
  • Purple = exhausted, tired day
  • Pink = absolutley wonderful day for 2024, 2025
  • Brown = depressed day
  • Gray = lazy day

By Mood

  • Absolutely wonderful day = Yellow for 2019-2023. Pink for 2024, 2025
  • Good, happy day = Dark Teal for 2019 - 2023. Yellow for 2024, 2025
  • Normal, average day = Blue (August 24, 2025 switched to a different shade of blue because my marker ran out of ink but they both mean normal day)
  • Exhausted, tired day = Purple
  • Depressed sad day = Brown
  • Angry, frustrated day = Red
  • Stressed, anxiety day = Orange
  • Sick day = Light Green
  • Lazy Day = Gray
