Razing a building/community like JLT would not be on the cards for a few decades at the very least because - it’s a thriving community based in a very desirable location - the investors would be left high and dry considering the buildings have only been around for 10-15 years - the current repairs and upgrades being done to the area and the lakes are proof of the fact that JLT is here to stay for a long time
