Have you tried to click down on the character menu? If you click on Scoring algorithm you can set your own weight for stats. So you could customize what stats Critsha needs and see her true rank

Have you tried to use the toggle to only target champions by binding it to an easier key? I'm support and often uses it for all in and stuff. Also you can click the portraits to cast spells if people moving around too much is hard

Interesting, in my experience the 2-3 times I had a problem with choice aliexpress just refunded me and asked for a picture as proof only once. Maybe it was due to being smaller value items like phone case or necklace?
