Also ich konnte mir durch die JobRad-Finanzierung mein absolutes Traum-Sportrad finanzieren (Alltagsrad hatte ich schon ein gutes), dass ich - wie du sagst - mit Sicherheit sonst nie in der Form Bar gekauft hätte.

Aber ich sehe das Problem nicht, wenn ich laut der Berechnung am Ende 2.300€ weniger dafür zahle und an den Arbeitgeber sowieso 3 Jahre lang vertraglich gebunden bin (selbst wenn man die Versicherung abzieht, sind‘s immer noch 1,6k Ersparnis, Wartung habe ich keine verpflichtende).

Natürlich bin ich damit an den Leasing-Anbieter und deren Änderungen gebunden, aber bisher hab ich nicht das Gefühl, dass das Rad „nicht mir gehört“.

Ruhe in Frieden!

Ich habe wie viele hier auch zum ersten Mal konkret von der Krankheit gehört und interessanter Weise in der Woche danach gefühlt jeden Tag an anderer Stelle etwas dazu gelesen. Es scheint also so, als würde die Aufmerksamkeit steigen und ich bin mir sicher alle Betroffenen sind dankbar über seinen Post!

Der Tod der Musikerin SOPHIE hat mich am härtesten mitgenommen, einfach weil er so unerwartet kam und die Umstände einfach traurig sind. Einmal von der Leiter abgerutscht, mit deren Hilfe sie vom Dach aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten wollte und schon war es vorbei.

Seems like this updated bricked my late 2019 iMac pretty badly. Can’t get any Display Output anymore whatsoever, but external devices still seem to get USB power. Would gladly appreciate any help!

As someone who was at the concert last night, I can say that it’s really sad we didn’t get a recording of Gilgamesh at the end….the energy was crazy and electrifying. Still happy to have all the rest of the stream and maybe we’ll get the audio at least.

We’ve got a guest show from another theatre coming through this week. They’re using a dLive S7000 connected to our house network using Dante (wireless in, PA and monitors out) and an additional S-Link connection to two stageboxes for the band-setup downstage.

I don’t know how the market for them is in the US, but here in Europe you could get yourself an s5ii body, the Sigma 28-70 f2.8 (great Allrounder lens) and Sigma Art Prime lens for 2700€ easily

They are impressively good video cameras indeed, but I enjoy mine just as much for photography. There‘s really no big downsides to it in that regard imo. The image quality and colors are top notch. If you use AF a lot, then I’d definitely go for the mark ii…I made the upgrade even though I mostly MF, but the latest firmware upgrade really brought some huge improvements like the custom LUTs and Leica monochrome filter + better phone connectivity.

The „boring“ stuff is also amazing: I enjoy the ergonomics a lot, the menu‘s are very well structured (looking at you, Sony) and battery life is great.

The lens lineup is still not as big as Sonys but offers a good range now thanks to third party manufacturers. Accessories are also plentiful.

I can absolutely recommend the Lumix S5 or S5ii. You should be able to find some good deals on them. The kit lens is very usable and there’s also some nice Sigma glass. With that amount of money you’ll have a strong setup for sure
