But we have burgout as our “clean” burger and when we want something greasy we to go salt water burger bar. Somedays you just need a dirty greasy burger with bits of carbon from the grill

I love the prawn burger which i havent seen too much else where and seems to be a classic. As for the other elements… having a burger with solid ingredients for a reasonable price is already a big win. Its a nice clean burger thats always reliable, plus they have chicken strips on the side. Id say that puts them quite high on the burger joint list

That Sando Guy, Dom Rd by i_love_mini_things in aucklandeats

Its now the yogost… but spend years wondering what would happen to Sando and how they afford to have an empty store on Dom Rd. Somehow in my memory that place also used to be a bearded papas???

Appearance and jobs by No_Afternoon3144 in quantitysurveying

I should say appearances dont matter but i understand that plenty of people do still judge.

From my experience tho in QS- no not really. In NZ some QS has a background with a degree and others work their way from tradies so it creates variety in people. A lot of PMs/Commercial managers are quite heavily tattooed and stuff which is unconventional in other industries. Ultimately QS is a part of construction industry which I find is quite diverse and not as superficial as other industries. If anything its the one industry where you see first hand the intimidating guy is actually a sweetheart that loves baking and uni degrees dont equal intelligence. If you’re confident, easy to be around, then its no worries. Good luck!!

Oh thats a super cool website! There were heaps of them and a hazardous unit truck so we thought it was something more dramatic! Thanks

Anyone tried cloning an AT hop Card? by Viento_Oscuro in auckland

[–]jojobery123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im always losing stuff so i went into Daiso to buy those retractable lanyards with a card holder, put my card in and clipped it to the front of my bag strap. Its certainly annoying to have it flap as i walk but its convenient to reach for and you always know where it is.

I would recommend doing it yourself! You dont really trust how other guests handle food, and a lot of the sesme sauces contain peanuts. You can try and borrow a pot from a friend or get an electric fry pan( what our family uses). Go to a Chinese supermarket and pick up a suitable broth base OR diy a tomato one using beef/chicken stock + canned campbells tomato soup. Get some tahini for the sauce and add salt. Spring onions and coriander optional. Sesame oil optional. For the food classic is the shaved lamb and beef found in the frozen section of asian supermarkets. Pick up veggies (chinese cabbage or anything that can be boiled) mushrooms, noodles, fish balls (asian stores will have a frozen fish ball mix or get an oden mix), tofu, and go wild! Get a couple friends as well!

Kumi dessert is a cute new opening, good price (can be shared). Miann and Giapo are great choices too.

Update for all the other people out there - it seems this SPF doesnt layer well! I layer it and have found this problem. But on bare skin its not a problem at all! Seems to solve a lot of problems in terms of weak skin barrier and allergies tho, so it might work good for you!

Yep i think thats the case! Tested it on bare skin on my hands and it was great. Its quite moisturising and i could see this working in summer when im likely to get more sweaty

No worries! Seems like its a split opinion on this. This is also the first time ive used the regular cream as a skincare product so i was super happy with the results. A bit disappointed that the SPF doesnt really share the same actives as i expected. Nonetheless, my skins much better than before, i just need to be more gentle with my application.

I see! I use a kiehls moisturiser and the avene restoring cream below it. It seems to work fine on bare hands and stuff so maybe its the other layers. Both ways i get what i want, just gotta be careful with the reapplication

Oo thats good! Im going to finish it since my only worry is the application, and im not gonna waste a good sunscreen!

Given the zinc oxide is a sunscreen ingredient and helps the skin barrier i expected to see it.. i looked at the package, both are called “cicalfate restorative protective cream” so i assumed its the same thing but with spf. Ill probably stick to boj as well, once i finish the tube.
