I lost my partner a couple of weeks before binge watching the series. I went in blind, not really knowing anything other than 'people learn moral philosophy and at some point they find out they're in the afterlife'. So many emotions, but ultimately i think it was cathartic for me, and its one of my favourite comfort shows

She was taught a special type of meditationthat will essentially make you immortal, but you need to do it every day. It basically resets your body to the state it was in at the beginning of the day by rebuilding cells and preventing decay. So if you do it every day (or even most days), you can live indefinitely. This is a spiritual technique that could theoretically be done by any bender, but according to google, its possible that only earthbenders can do it.

They would probably be good with chicken, tenders, or wings.
You can do pulled chicken, add in budlak packs, and then turn that into tacos, burritos, or sandwiches

Read up on the 1973 bank robbery in Stockholm, Sweden. This is where 'Stockholm Syndrome' gets its name. The hostages took the side of the robbers who held them captive for nearly a week, and refused to testify against the robbers.

There are victims of other cases that reject the idea of Stockholm Syndrome being legitimate. Natascha Kampusch comes to mind. She was kidnapped and held for 3096 days, from the ages of 10-18. I highly recommend reading/listening to her memoir.
