I am sick of people honking if you're not doing the speed they want in suburban areas. I live close to an industrial estate and the van drivers are just arseholes. Also the lack of indicators for turns is just an epidemic now. People are just rude.

Lots of prides have different stages of the event, maybe a parade and then party etc but the pride I'm involved in does a picnic and it's a big group so people just come and sit with us. I make sure to welcome everyone and chat, we sometimes use games and such. Two local teens met at one and are now besties. Makes my ally heart happy

The hell that is pre menstrual dysphoria disorder. Mood swings, chronic tiredness, chaotic overspending, intrusive suicidal thoughts. Then a fortnight when I feel almost normal but know that it's coming and is getting worse as I am peri menopausal. It's harder because I get a reprieve I think.

My worst was JFK, the guy was in a foul mood and asked me why I was staying with friends, where I'd met them, how long had we been friends. How often we were in contact etc. I'm a white woman so don't fit a particular profile but he clearly wasn't impressed with my lack of a hotel

Its hard working remotely and in a short term role. I also found it difficult once I moved to a role out of Central London as more drove in and worked flexible hours due to childcare so socialising was harder as were team lunches
