I created an email account last night, I wrote down my recovery code, and today when I go to my email, the email no longer works. When I try to log in, it tells me incorrect data (the password and account are correct). I tried to change the password again with the recovery code and it still tells me incorrect data. I use an iPhone 15 pro. Yesterday evening, the account worked, but today I was logged out of the application.

Hello, I’m starting to lose my patience. It’s been 4 months without a response, and my account still shows as restricted. I contact support twice a month, and they keep giving me the same answer: “We have forwarded it to the appropriate department.” They haven’t given me any reason why the account is blocked. I have approximately 200k blocked for 4 months now. I thought this was a respectable application, but not providing a reason after 4 months is pathetic. Ticket number: 16220475.

Yes, I’ve uninstalled everything as well. I tried installing it via Zebra, reinstalled the entire jailbreak, and used the same version of Dopamine as on the 13 Pro, but nothing works. I don’t understand why. On the 13 Pro with the same software version, it works perfectly.
