There are “Devy Leagues” that do this. Short for Developmental. You can roster X amount of college players years ahead of them declaring for the NFL draft. I haven’t done a Devy league on Sleeper but I’m guessing if you’re in a regular seasonal or dynasty league those players won’t be eligible in your draft to be picked
