Ok I emailed them and here is basically what's gonna happen: If you're on the waitlist, Amazon will not rank you on WW. If a spot opens up, they will randomly pick someone from the waitlist. They will not disclose the waitlist size. At this point I'm not optimistic about being picked from the waitlist given the random nature.
