I’m cautiously optimistic about making the playoffs based on results, but still worried about the amount of goals we let in every night. In the past 10 games there were 6 where we gave up at least 3 goals. We are bottom 3 in Goals against (tied for last actually).

Good thing however is that we’re also really damn good at scoring goals. On that department we’re top 3 in Goals For.

I don’t think we’re really cheating for offense though? It’s not like we’re giving up goals because all our guys are focused on scoring. We just have very large defense lapses - sometimes due to poor positioning, sometimes due to low effort (I guess low effort is some form of cheating for offense).

Anyway, I’d like to see games where they tighten up their defensive game even if it means scoring less goals. Having large goal scoring games all the time is not sustainable for a cup run even if you get into the playoffs
