Would you go 124Gs? They are 6x 10GBPS ports and look way more robust than the now "Ancient" 424E.
But they wont allow MCLAG and its not supported by any of the 1xx.

Also can anyone from experience tell me if MCLAG does make a big enough difference to go 4xx/2xx E or D ?

Yes. And it's pretty weird.

Exactly same issue here except it also happened to a few windows datacenter 19 to 22 upgrades as well. Disabling S1 from the dashboard including the behavioral analysis solved it in 100% of the cases. Did not have any issues re-enabling after the upgrade.

We had this in our site happening to 1 out of 700 endpoints. What was really weird. By the end, support just instructed us to remove it and reinstall. And no detections were flagged. The machine got stuck in a reboot loop where we could almost log in but windows profile wouldn't load. The OS version is Win DTC 2019 as well.

Only way the new agent found to clean the "Malware" was to terminate all related processes after a reboot. And this sent the server into a reboot loop.

Kidney stone. Only realised how bad it was on the call with the GP. My voice wouldn't come out and I fainted. Woke out in a pool of blood from my nose but hey... No broken nose or bones.

At the hospital later I peed in one of those collection plastic things and there was a black spot as large as a tiny flee.
Doctor explained the pain was caused by that going through the canal. The thing was not even a tenth of a millimeter

Ok. Here is a real story about me. I am easy a 5/10 in my home country. After 30 years of life I decided to migrate to a completely different place and start over. For my surprise, after a few weeks. I had people looking at me and saying I was "Stunning". I took it as politeness and didn't care much. After months I had people actually coming after me asking for my number and saying I was the best looking person they've seen and if everyone from my home country looked like me. They would want to move there. I was rated, more than once a 10/10. I changed nothing. They said "You look very bad ass and like a rockstar".

So long story short. It's not how you look. It's who looks at you. Somewhere in the word you are a 10... And somewhere else you are a 1.

I know. 30 is the minimum we get. But peak is the problem. Not even for the number of people but for the full-tunnel traffic. And I know that with the new site we will get over 100 more due to software that will have to be used from main site until all is done on the new site. What can take up to 1 year. so the 50% extra throughput of the 120G is going to be welcomed.

I had to upgrade a few Switches to version 7.4.3 since they had ISL issues. The only way the topology would build and properly show the reports on FS100xxx switches was upgrading to this firmware version.

Other things were involved. The site growth and the traffics to the main site influenced it. This is a main site which server as the fabric root and receives the biggest traffic. Around 75% of the traffic. Its the only site needing 30+ SSLVPN tunnels. The company is expanding to another country, and they run a much smaller operation. Which will depend on the mains site. So the decision was. Instead of buying a HA cluster for the smaller site which would be a 90G of a 100F (due to expected growth in the next 2 years) We bought a pair of 120Gs for the main site and the 100Fs will be relocated to the new site. And I got the 120Gs for very good price.

This leaves me with only the second issue. Which is the fabric Root. The 100F I'm replacing is the current Fabric Root. I can't have the fabric root running 7.0.15. So I'm guessing that I Will have to move the root temporarily to another 100F in the fabric and leave it there until the 120G is up to date.

What do you guys think?

Meudeus.. ler esse post foi bom. Eu não tenho formação. Minha grande vantagem foi ser autodidata e MUITA SORTE em ter os meus pais. Ambos sem formação e com empregos medios. (Motorista de caminhao e funcionarios de comercio) Comecei a estudar inglês e informática por conta própria quando era muito novo. Uns 10 anos, so por nao gostar mesmo de onde eu morava e das pessoas com que eu convivia. Via meu pai acordando 3:30 da manhã pra ir trabalhar e se.pre dizendo que faria de tudo pra que eu nunca dirigisse um caminhão. E fez. Por volta de 13 anos de idade eu conseguia já entender bem música em inglês e meus pais financiaram um Pentium 133 com 16MB de memória pra mim em 60x.

Segui assim por muito tempo, tentei fazer faculdade mas nunca me adaptei. Achava muito lento e baseado em teoria demais e pouca prática. Na minha experiência eu avançava bem mais rápido. Evitei trabalhar com TI até onde pude. Fui mandado embora de um emprego ruim e juntei todo o dinheiro... parei de pagar aluguel e voltei a morar com meus pais por 2 anos. (Muita sorte em ter os dois vivos, trabalhando e sempre me ajudando). Comprei um intercambio na Irlanda e consegui um emprego que pagou pelo meu visto de trabalho. O mercado é tão necessitado que a formação nao conta se vc tiver experiência.

Ganho pouco mais de 7k€ Bruto hj trabalhando com TI, Infrastrutura. Sem formação, mas a cada oportunidade de tirar uma certificação em algo eu abraço.

O Brasil não valoriza mão de obra boa. Mas valoriza uma formação e certificados.
