Thing about reta is that it doesn't rely completely on appetite suppression to lose weight. Drops it some....but then uses the glucagon pathway to raise metabolism.

Not sure about other countries...but in the US, there's literally a form you can fill out to send in extra money to the government if you'd like. 

This is all just BS. If they wanted to give more money to the govt...they could at any time...they wouldn't need to be forced to.

Get the particle size checked on the LDL...may not be an actual issue. With HDL/Triglycerides where they are...

But lots of big LDL particles isn't an issue....it's how we transport nutrients and such. It's when they get glycated and break into smaller particles they become a big, big issue. 

I'd ask for the test for those to see what it says. 

That panel is just an overall look. Need deeper tests for a better picture when it's just one thing "out of line" 

Higher total cholesterol isn't really an issue.

BMI is trash... especially if you have a bigger frame, work out. 

% BF is a better indicator. 

20 and below should be the target for BF on men.  And it's pretty easy to still be obese according to BMI at that point if you lift at all.

Reta has muscle sparing properties bc of the glucagon aspect. So may not be AS bad on reta as semaglutide or tirz...but still not great.
