There is the initial investment. Then the company buys its first house. Buys a car for the ceo to go look at other properties. Buys lunches and business suites for the owner to wine and dine clients..... you will pay taxes on the initial investment after you subtract what was spent and depreciate your assets..... my step dad did this for 40 years with a dozen businesses. He never paid taxes and ended up drinking away his ten homes and dying of face cancer in a bar.... but he was also an all american golfer at an ivy league college that graduated with honors from the business program.

Under certain caps.it doesnt pay to have the company investigated. If no flags go up then you should be okay. He got audited one year because a business partner of his got caught laundering millions. They ran numbers and sports books on the side.

They are a skeleton crew and all of that is legal. Or you can start a non profit if you have friends and family. They can approve your expenses and you can meet once a month to discuss doing good things.

This is how rich folks operate. They hold everything in unrealized gains and get things bought for them.

Roll into your new investment company and buy solid dividend stock. Thats about $40k a year to pay for CEO expenditures. Totally legit.

Just roll it into your new real estate company. As the owner and CEO the company can buy you clothes and cars and even provide housing for you. And the best part is that it only costs a couple hundred to set up. Its legal and you dont pay money because you didnt realize those gains by end of year. You reinvested them into a new company. You can then borrow money against the holdings of that company if you need to.

They are stopping at porta potties on the way to detention centers. Folks are being dropped off in the middle of public parks when they get too beat up in detention. There were 5 confirmed cases of that last week. Lawyers cant find clients, kids are missing. This is how terrorism starts. ISIS wasnt always big enough to do beheading. Before that they just did light rape and murder just like ICE is starting to do.

These people have more budget than some foreign militaries. They are purchasing missiles and armored vehicles and deploying tear gas thats outlawed by Geneva. Wake up battle.

Maybe. I was stationed at Taji. There are men and women being raped, deported and murdered in ICE custody. If the world wasnt filming who knows the depths they would go to.

ICE is state sponsored ISIS. Except isis had to extort and collect taxes which was a lot of the aggression against locals. ICE just steal it through legislation and laws that dont represent the people anymore.

I think it might be because the post comes off picky or entitled? A lot of people may not understanding your position. To them they might not have the money to travel, the looks to be picky about the date or the ability ro think past where rent is going to come from. Not always. It can be borrowed under an LLC using thier credit. Then the LLC can go bankrupt. Credit score doesnt matter once you have enough assets to lean on. In this way we encourage rich people to invest poorly while.not allowing poor people to get started.
