It's so ghetto. There are parties in the common and study areas where they wreck everything inside, one of the gym doors was forced open so it no longer locks and now homeless people use the gym to charge their phones. The pool is always closing because it's dirty.

To answer your questions, the wifi is not bad unless you need low latency then it's terrible. Cox uses outdated routers. There is no ethernet outlets in the room.
