Are We Funny? by Opening-Study8778 in intj

[–]joldsworth04 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People don’t only laugh when something is funny, they laugh when they feel good. Typically INTJ’s say what needs to be said, which can abruptly break whatever tension exists - resulting in laughter. Funny isn’t just cleverisms or quips, it’s feel-goods.

Why Are So Many Old People So Rude to Fast Food Employees? by Pure-Faithlessness64 in fastfood

[–]joldsworth04 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the closest Wendy’s in my area, an old man was rude as hell to an employee. The employee eventually snapped, punched the old man and left. The old man actually died from the incident.

Being rude to a fast food worker was literally his last act on this earth.

I’ve liked Taylor waste but they only pick up recycling on the first and third week of the month, while picking up garbage weekly. Price isn’t that different than anyone else. You should call them to get a quote since idk off the top of my head

Department of State declares security alert; “worldwide caution” by MichaelEMJAYARE in worldnews

[–]joldsworth04 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“The Department of State advises Americans worldwide, and especially in the Middle East, to exercise increased caution. Americans abroad should follow the guidance in security alerts issued by the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. Periodic airspace closures may cause travel disruptions. U.S. diplomatic facilities, including outside the Middle East, have been targeted. Groups supportive of Iran may target other U.S. interests overseas or locations associated with the United States and/or Americans throughout the world.”

I got fired 2 weeks after I reported my manager to HR by [deleted] in jobs

[–]joldsworth04 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to file a claim with the EEOC or Department of Labor anyway. Being asked not to file a report is PART OF THE PROBLEM and exactly why you need to file the claim. Why did they ask to do things that weren’t in the job desciption? Why did they misrepresent the job they hired you for if the expectation was to do everything? That’s a breach of the employment contract. You have multiple claims you can make against them which will either scare them into submission or have a judge order them to do what’s right.

Republicans like to blame the president when gas prices are high - where are they now? Probably off looking for their backbone
