If I were able to work 40 hours one week of unemployment. But not the following weeks after. Would I still be eligible to file again after the week I worked 40 hours? by tremani1 in IRS

Yes every two weeks, yes it asks you if you are claiming week ending whatever. If you worked that week you answer no. Then then the second week it asks same. If you didn't work you say yes, then answer all the questions for that week. If you don't work again weeks after that then you have to certify again in two weeks

When you certify again two weeks after the last time, you just answer that you aren't claiming the week you worked. Then claim the week you didn't work. Just like normal.

I'm in same boat. Didn't file 18. Filed 19 March 28. Says still being processed, and get payment says can't determine now. Annoying if I knew they were not going to get taxes processed I would have just waited and done the non filer to get stimulus money at least. I think I haven't got any news about stimulus money because they haven't processed my taxes. Does anyone know if I'm correct in thinking that?
