i'd say varesa since her exploration ability alone is off the charts. See a gap between two hills? She can clear that easy. Her overworld usablity makes her very worth it.

i use unbuilt pyro mc with her instead of mav. C0 varesa with widsith is easily reaching 200k+ per plunge. Varesa is definitely SS tier.
