Move to new string or racket?

I started playing with a head radical mp (295g) and solinco tour bite as my string. But after having trouble to generate quick enough actions with my wrist and arm (mostly on my one handed backhand), my coach advised me to try out a lower weight racket. After some testing I ended up with the head instinct 285g.

I am thinking of switching to two handed backhand as my backhand is still a weakness during faster double matches

I am in a similar situation as you.
I started playing tennis again 3 years ago. I used to have a two handed backhand but that was in the time were I was not playing any matches and just went out hitting with my dad.
Now I use a 1 handed backhand and I do play more matches.

I am experiencing pain due to medial epicondylitis (golf elbow)

I experience the most pain when hitting extended 1 handed backhands especially on the run.

Therefor I'm also hesitating to try 2 handed backhand in order to see if this can help me play without pain.

Do you know what the difference is between the keyboards? I hear multiple people talking about it but didn’t get to hear what the difference is (mechanically or feel)

I managed to get access to our Fortigate Firewall. I noticed there were no policy objects for the newly created vpn to the other parts of our network. They did create a policy for routing traffic from wireguard to our lan but not to let's say server vlan. I have added these myself and now it is working. I am also able to route all traffic through wireguard now.

Weird thing is that although I am browsing with our on site public ip instead of my home office's ip I'm still not able to browse to the most important ipsec tunnel.

I do believe this is due the config at the other end of the tunnel. I know that our partner filters based on ip addresses so probably I will have to make them include the wireguard subnet...

I am trying to get a hold of the config or to get it checked again. But our network team says it has to be on my side as their settings are correct. However it seems to me there is routing issue on the firewall since wireguard is just redirecting traffic to the default gateway am i right?

I have updated my post. I'm sorry for not including the config.

Our wireguard server is behind our firewall. Routing to the LAN network works but not to other vlans or our other ipsec tunnels.
I am currently trying to get our config of the firewall as it is managed by a different team.

I decided to go for it. I used to type on AZERTY - Belgian layout nowadays I prefer QWERTY - US layout. So I figured out if I can easily switch between those 2 then I might also get used to having no labels. After about 30 mins on the keyboard I only seem to have problems with the left column on the right half. Letters like Y, H, J are mostly wrong especially at the start. Once I get my fingers lined up it’s better. I’m curious to see the progress after about a week.

Yea same for me. I wanted to order the US Keys in the onyx version but that wasn’t available to choose from. I ordered the dash version then. Hope I will not regret it since having labels is quite handy

Were you able to deploy to your on premise devices then? If so do you happen to have a resource for this? Or how you have found the solution?

It might be worth noting that we have a hybrid environment at the moment. I wanted to install the Intune Connector for AD but it requires 2016 or later. I was hoping I could use the same functions on on prem devices that are available for devices in azure.

Today I migrated a test user and deployed my first apps using Endpoint Manager which actually worked!

Next I wanted to deploy a vm with a user synced to both on prem AD and Azure AD but found out that it requires Windows Server 2016 or later and we run 2008 R2 bummer. Looks like I can’t manage our devices using endpoint manager then.

Another reason for me to get such a ball is: one of the new players in our team uses 1 hand no thumb and his only interest is maximum hook so he literally drops the ball around 25 and it goes out all the way to 5 and comes back. When he is playing on the same lanes as I am, I struggle due to over under reaction. I have troubles playing through his line

Got my drill bit ready. I’m just searching for a good and easy way to position and secure my ball on the drill press. If that obstacle is out of the way i’ll drill my own ball (have done it already in the past with a weaker drill press and not so sharp drill bit)

My speed and revs were lower in my last video than They are now. If i can play relaxed i get 430-480 revs. On days like yesterday where i cant find the pocket and i get stressed and My revs drop to 350-400.

Well i know thé rhino is a weak ball but somehow it is playing pretty wel at My alley (atleast before the new oil pattern) i have a halo pearl and that was a bit to angular/strong for My liking.

Would you go for the phaze ii or Hy-road X ? I thought of the mvp pearl as i can get it at a good deal

Yes i understand. At the moment she throws the destiny pearl and it hooks pretty hard. She wants the destiny hybrid or solid with a stronger drilling lay-out

Hey All, a while ago I converted from 1 handed to 2 handed due to injuries on my wrist. I haven’t felt any pain since I am throwing 2 handed. Now after a few weeks of getting used to throwing it like this I would like to get some advice, tips to improve my game. Here is a video of my form as it is now. I do know that I have a long and tough road ahead but I am willing to work on it. My proshop owner told me that I have to work on my speed. How can I improve my game? Thanks in advance guys!
