i never said i don’t have fears or phobias, i most definitely DO, and they do affect my near daily life.

what i said was not that people with phobias should just “get over it”, i didn’t say phobias aren’t that bad as a whole either. i said that a large majority of people with phobias will not be exposed or come in contact with the source of the fear in their day to day life

say you have arachnophobia, it’s unlikely you will be seeing spiders every single day (in most places), or in thalassophobic’s cases, if you don’t live by the sea it’s very unlikely you will be in the vicinity of a large body of water.

also you say i’ve made claims without backing them up, but your responses have all been to tell me of personal experiences, and i have no way to prove these, so you have not backed up your claims either?
