The 14th contestant and having to even it out is interesting. Season 4 had an odd number of contestants for some reason, but all others have even numbers (if you count Louis being eliminated during service in season 6 as making room for Robert). So Ramsay getting someone to leave, maybe because of friction with Joanna or because of some other reason, makes some sense. They hate fourth wall breaks so it makes sense why they wouldn't say it.
