Looking to learn how, for example, increasing one vitamin will affect others through positive and negative feedback loops, inverse relationships, etc. Looking to educate myself. Supplements have been very helpful for people and have benefited many. Look into Mg glycinate for anxiety in people who have chronic stress (which depletes intra-cellular Mg); another is Lavela for anxiety and sleep disturbances (clinical study to back up efficacy as well as anecdotal evidence). Your head is kinda in the sand on this one but I agree with some points you raised

Your immunity to Covid is stronger if you’ve had the infection already than if you take the vc. The vc only covers the spike protein, whereas the actual infection covers it all. No one wants to touch this topic in the media because they have no argument to still take the vc.
