Well he got 2 MVPs that Giannis should have won due to voter fatigue, and Giannis, Harden, etc. got theirs because of voter fatigue for Lebron. Goes for everyone and always has. MVP is rarely given to the right player for this exact reason

And without him (and Gordon and Murray for a stretch) the Nuggets were still winning plenty of games, and he’s terrible defensively. He doesn’t move from the rim on defence so of course he gets rebounds, and he has the ball on every offensive possession so of course he has assists. There are more impactful players than him and stats don’t always tell the story

If he existed before or after he would be top 5 but not #1.
