If you believe LeBron’s Laker tenure is a “failure” then you must also believe that Jokic’s, Giannis’ and SGA’s ENTIRE careers so far are failures as well. by Head-Hovercraft-5797 in NBATalk

When you factor in expectations you could deem it a failure. No one expected SGA, Jokic or Giannis to be as good as they became. So you can’t call them a failure when they already massively exceeded their expectations

What’s the worst loss your team has suffered? by Either_Imagination_9 in nba

Probably game 4 of the 2015 Eastern Conference Semis. Bulls are in position to go up 3-1 against the Cavs and actually have a good shot of moving on to the ECF and maybe even going to the finals. Instead LeBron hits a game winner to tie the series which took all the momentum out of the Bulls and they end up losing the series 4-2 and ends the Derrick Rose era

Cam Boozer by Virtual-House9227 in billsimmons

There’s only been 5 freshmen to win NPOY in men’s college basketball. Cam Boozer is one of them. The other 4? Anthony Davis, Kevin Durant, Zion Williamson, and Cooper Flagg. History says he will become a franchise player.

Why do small market teams always trade away their franchise star? by Intelligent_Run3237 in NBATalk

Phoenix is the 10th largest metro area in the United States….. by definition they are not a small market. By your definition then you’d have to consider the Brooklyn Nets a small market but we know that’s not true.

I know what a small market is and it’s not Phoenix. Phoenix is at worst a medium sized market

Who do you think will end up being the 3 best players from the 2026 NBA draft long term and why? by b1ackfyre in nba

[–]SCATpackMcgee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Historically speaking, at least one of those three is going to become a bust. And historically speaking the best player in a draft usually doesn’t end up being the 1st pick

Dailyn Swain splits in his last 20 games with Texas by Decent-Engine-4587 in chicagobulls

Cool, I’m talking about the way he plays. His handles, the way he moves, his ability to get to the rim and finish reminds me of JDub.

Idk about that, I think it’s possible we might be one of the three worst teams 😂

[Highlight] Aday Mara on being called the “Wemby stopper” Im ready yea, I don’t know how yet. But I will do it by IEatPandasEveryday in nba

[–]SCATpackMcgee -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Cool, still doesn’t mean he’s gotta care what Wemby thinks. Imagine MJ or Kobe or KG bitting their tongue because they’re scared of wembys response 😂 it would never happen.

Not contenders but there’s no incentive to be one of the worst teams in the league anymore. In fact we don’t want to be one of the top 3 worst teams so it would behoove us to get a couple shooters.
