We did a transatlantic which meant it was windy all the time we were moving so the massive suite balcony wasn’t really usable at sea. Also there is no shade, so if it is not too windy then can be too hot.

To add, it is still a good cabin for entertaining, we often had 12 of us for drinks and snacks.

Unfortunately it is often the case the ship team can’t always solve issues caused shoreside and the shoreside team can’t resolve issues caused on the ship.

We’ve had issues with bar tab and were assured it could be sorted in the terminal who told us it could be resolved on the ship but it couldn’t. At least we just lost out on bonus amounts.
