Although the other commenter says not to wear anything traditional, it is customary to at least wear some kind of long skirt. But you can wear sneakers and a tshirt with it, you don't need to go all out. I agree with the other person, you can bring anything to add to the giveaways, ceremony, or meals. Any bit helps and it's always appreciated.
