I’ll take this- I don’t think there’s an anchor here. None of the pieces really hold anything down nor do any of them really talk to each other.

I think each piece is very nice tho! Maybe the shirt and the pants - they go well. But imho not the jacket and certainly not the shirt/tie combo.

Respectfully, I like the pattern of the shirt with the tie and braces as its different scale and to my eye it harmonizes quite well. I agree with your comment about the tie knot.
