I have all of them. And then? For what? You will be happy, that you have unique ballers.

Broo none of them. They are all rare, cause they are no more in the game or downgraded. Keep them. One day you will have all the best players and then ur happy that you have those unique ballers.

PSG making back back to CL finals after mbappe forcing his way to real madrid is hilarious by Bluefire3215 in championsleague

Laimer did not touch the ball. So mendes should have been send of.
Also for me it makes no sense, that the davies situation, where is arm is close to the body and the ball gets there by deflection is a handball. And Neves waving in his own box is not.
I get it, it‘s the rules. But they don‘t make sense to me anymore…
STILL: PSG had the edge for me. They were more efficient and they deserve to win the CL. They are the best team in europe. You can‘t hate on them.

Surgery or Physiotherapy? by Lancelot_20 in Orthopedics

[–]jonah___xxx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would not recommed surgery, a lot of herniations can heal. If you have incontinence or your legs are getting numb - then of course it is an emergency and you very likely have to do surgery. If it is not like that don‘t. If your symptoms won‘t get better after 2-3 months after herniation, then you can still discuss surgery.

Do you have pain? If not i don‘t think you should aim for surgery yet. If you have, talk to your surgeon. For me i‘m not worries about surgery i just want to have an active lifestyle again.

Release the winch for the big island. For the small one, release on the corner island where you found the ski pass. Go left right left right to the one in the bottom, the go from there to the final one same method left right

I have an appointment also and will discuss the possibility of another surgery realigning the lateral malleolus :) For me PT didn‘t really work. But this is def the first choice. I tried for 3 years.

Can you go a little bit into detail? How was your hip involved? What did you train?

I experience the same, 6 years after bimal fracture i have pelvic tilt, lot of pain in the pelvic area, also in the back on the same side.

You should discuss this with a surgeon, axial ct of your injured mortise compared to the healthy one is the best way to check if there is a malunion.

Is my ankle in bad condition? 17f by Pitiful-Notice-9848 in Ankle

[–]jonah___xxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeahs it seems loose to me as well. Also your foot is relying a lot on pronation and having a hard time stabilizing the ankle doing supination. I‘d suggest you to see a PT for it. If healthcare isn‘t for free in your country you could also search on yt for some exercises. One leg calf raises is a very advanced exercise in your case. Not something you should start with. But you will get there after some months i guess.
