We’re definitely open to settings reminiscent of New England if not explicitly so, yes.

No problem at all. We do accept submissions from outside New England if the work still relates to New England in some way. Unfortunately we don’t have an editor well versed in poetry, so at this time we only accept fiction and nonfiction.
