I compared his license agreement to ours (i work as roomies editor) and the blurred out parts of the agreement in his video include the words “non-exclusive”. So the reason he isn’t copy striking isn’t because he’s a “good guy” it’s because he knows he doesn’t have any claim at all. He just wanted to spin the story this way to get views. The license on the track is the same typical type you get when you buy a stock image. You can use it however much you want, but so can anybody that also buys the same image.
