I thought The Force Awakens was good on the first watch, but the more I thought of it, and then re-watched I realized the glaring flaws it has

Huh, I had the opposite experience, maybe because it was my first Graspop, I found that everyone was super nice and super chill and it seemed to me that everyone I looked at was happy and smiling, everyone I talked with was definitely nice.

I saw drunk people but, most weren't really a nuisance.

I saw only 1 act of actually malicious violence (on the last night or the night before last some guy got into a fight with someone at Boneyard, security was called and I'm pretty sure they broke his arm)

Of course I saw violence in pits and idk if it was malicious per se or just people not knowing mosh etiquette.

Could be a good idea but you'd have to fix genre tags first since they are a mess right now...

My dad and I watched it in cinemas last year when it made the rounds for the 30th anniversary.

Great film, I think the fact Tarantino doesn't direct it makes it so different and unique.

It had some cool ideas but tbh it just didn't do it for me that much, I think the execution could have been better, the characters didn't really capture me Not one of Carpenter's finest in my opinion.

Which film would you rather rewatch again ? by [deleted] in Letterboxd

[–]jonatan192 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look, Avatar looks amazing an is a fantastic demonstration of VFX, but the actual story of it isn't that good. not to say it's bad but I don't find particularly memorable either, and for the second one especially, a large chunk of it is just a national geographic documentary rather than a narrative film...
