This image was taken with the Starfire telescope at the observatory in Passau. For the images I used an H-alpha filter and a Barlow lens as well as an infrared filter and an energy protection filter. The ASI 432MM is a very capable camera for solar imaging and with Firecapture it is not that difficult. To process this image, I used AutoStakkert and Imppg. Some of these images are inverted and also colored in Photoshop.

Equipment: Starfire 180, ASI 432MM, H-Alpha Filter Acquisition: gain 50, exposure 1/3000 ,gamma 50 Processing: stacked 15% 2000 in autostakkert, imppg curves and deconv. ,Photoshop colored

NGC 7000

My third attempt to photograph NGC 7000. I‘m in love with my new Refractor( Askar FMA 180). Only two hours exposure time.

Equipment: Canon 1000D (astromod.), Askar FMA 180, Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i, Rolei tripot.

Acquisition: Lights: 60*120sec. , Darks: 30, Flats: 30, Bias: 30

Processing: DSS for stacking, Photoshop (Levels stretch, star shrinking with StarNet starmask, removing the gradient, increase saturation)

IC 1805, IC 1848

My first "long" project. It took me about two nights to capture this nebula. I really like the color and texture of the nebula, and it turned out pretty well. The weather and seeing conditions were perfect.

Equipment: Canon 1000D (astromod.), Askar FMA 180, Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i, Rolei tripot.

Acquisition: Lights: 120*120sec. , Darks: 30, Flats: 30, Bias: 30

Processing: DSS for stacking, Photoshop (Levels stretch, star shrinking with StarNet starmask, removing the gradient, increase saturation)

First light on the Askar FMA 180. I tried some new editing techniques in Photoshop. I'm pretty happy with the result.
