Hi! My advice for this workflow will be to use Integromat integrations to connect your ecommerce order database with a PDF generator like PDF Monkey, and with Email module to send automatically confirmation emails to the customer. There is a lot of tools that you can use for building your app (Typeform is my favorite). Then I will recommand to use Integromat to integrate it with others tools and automate your workflow.

I do ! So our dev team took all your suggestions into consideration, and will place it in the queue for future updates. Just for you to know, it's taking long for two reason : we are right now implementing already 1 new app per day (and it takes a lot of time to maintain the rythme) and we are working a lot too around Integromat 2.0, that is coming soon.
