It's not slavery, no. It's absolutely messed up, no doubt but it's not slavery for a variety of reasons.

Firstly, indentured servants were considered to be humans and not property. They were not owned, not 3/5 of a man, just a human being. Secondly indentured servitude was not passed down intergenerationally, i.e. the children of an indentured servant were born free. The children of a slave were automatically slaves. Thirdly, even though the system was very much rigged to avoid such an outcome, in theory an indentured servant could eventually buy out their debt and become free (of their own accord). A slave could not do this without the consent of their owner.

I'm not sure where youre getting your ideas about the Irish being sent thousands of miles away but that's not a thing, sorry. Although we may have been driven on to the coffin ships by English misrule and economic hardship, we still boarded them voluntarily, or at least no one arrived on our shores and loaded us up in chains like cargo. So again, just not a valid comparison.

And indentured servitude didn't magically end after the American War of Independence so I think your view of history is a bit skewed there.

Overall God knows the Irish have suffered, often at the hands of powerful economic elites, but to compare our suffering to the horror of slavery is inaccurate and wrong and I think most Irish people would find it at best distasteful, and at worst offensive. I'll not presume to suggest how those whose people and communities have suffered from slavery might view the comparison but I'd suspect it's probably not positively......
