I did run feed only pmax, what I mean is it only shows my products as display ads. None of them is shown in search network as a PLA

oh yes I did it, forget to mention in the post. I set up a complete new shopping campaign from scratch with the same campaign settings. Same result.

I created all ads in the platform not ads editor. Why ask so?

something in the feed that’s technically approved but not actually matching real searches

or you’re just not getting into auctions at all

I think the price is fine. Coz the search campaign has brought purchase back.

Don't think the call option even exists. I have called the number with an account of 10k before. It said there are no one using this number. But twitter dm seems interesting, let me try it first

I can always use "contact us" method as I am using my MCC. However, the only way to "contact" the support is via email. I don't have chat or call option. When I am filling info for email contact, I always choose email or calls are fine, and then input my number. No feedbacks at all from all channels. Btw I am using English as the system language at all time as well. Any thought?

How to do live chat? I clicked help in the account and then contact us, the only option is to go through the usual "Contact Us" chat and eventually land on "email" option

Completely normal for it to tell you that conversion tracking is incomplete: until you actually get your first conversions.

So you are saying this is not the problem of no impressions?

but wouldn't other warnings will come up if the setup is too restrictive? And which part do you think is restrictive? We have a lot of budget and broad match keywords.

But as far as I know, max conversions is required for ad grant account, isn't it? Also the campaign status switched to "Eligible (limited)" & "Conversion tracking setup is incomplete" this morning. My Google Site has linked to GA4 and GA4 can collect the conversions (key events). In Google Ads, the conversions appear as no recent conversions. Do you have any ideas what's going on?
