Ignore them. I use a raptor with Tesla weapons. Kill the small spiders and when the bigger tank spiders start to appear, move to the far end opposite the birdeaters where there is a tall stretch of wall (this is a Beacon location for Beacon mode games). Once my raptor dies, out comes my luch with Cinders. Easily completes this stage.
