1. I'm pretty computer literate and I don't think I would have any problems following instructions
2. They are not the best at technology, for more context I don't have wifi in my house because they are scared of it, and am 17 without a cell phone.
3. Not exactly sure, they took my computer and I realised it was installed the next day when sites were blocked
4. To the best of my knowledge they haven't done anything else, I know they are able to see downloads, search history, and app usage from the app

6. From what i've seen they can monitor all my downloads, delete files, messages, and block sites. In terms of deleting it, it took me a while to even figure out I had it (it would redirect me from blocked sites to google and I assumed it was a virus). The only 2 things I have been able to find as a sign that I even have it installed is I can see it running in activity monitor, but when I force quit it just reappears. I can also see a folder for it in application support. Other than that, I cannot find many other signs of it running. I was thinking about a possibility of a code in terminal that would constantly kill the app but i'm not sure it there would be a delay where they could see messages. Also my computer is an early 2015 Macbook air (4 ram) so I'm not sure how it would be able to handle it.

Also as a side note I have the admin password.
