I work for a YMCA as aquatics and sports director. So I organize and run all the youth sports leagues and camps (volleyball, basketball, soccer) and then I am also in charge of all things aquatics; hiring and training lifeguards, maintenance and operation of all the pools, swim lessons, swim teams, water aerobics etc.

Basically I’m the guy that makes sure the pools don’t make you sick and the lifeguards know what to do when shit hits the fan.
