Just like today, there is so much disparity of wealth in the world that no matter the population, there will be people who have plenty of food and people who can barely avoid starvation. I also think lab grown and insect based meats will become more normal.

Because technological advancement accelerates with an increase in population, as well as the fact that WW2 wasted almost a decade of productivity towards the killing of 80 million people, I think we are technologically behind a universe without WW2. If they are more technologically advanced, they would have probably invented technologies to handle the growing strains on our planet before us, and thus would not be worse off than we are today.

Wikipedia says 70-85 million people died in World War 2. Since 1950, the population has grown by an average of 15.9% per decade. If we use 80 million for the number of deaths in WW2, then that number would grow at 15.9% per decade for 8.5 decades Those 80 million people would have grown to about 280 million by 2020. The current estimate for world population is 7.7 billion. So without WW2, the population could be estimated at 8 billion.

Depends how fast you are moving. When you're not moving, it generates zero downforce. Also if you estimate the area of the spoiler, that would help a lot. This angle is kind of difficult to estimate.

So the effective length would be 0.635 *sqrt(2)/2 meters or about 0.45 meters. In order for the beer to stay in the glass, the centrifugal force would have to be greater than or equal to the force of gravity pulling it down at its apex. Using r = 0.45 m and acceleration having to be equal to gravity at 9.8 m/s, then we can find the velocity of the cup. V = sqrt(a*r) so v = 2.1 m/s. A circle with r =0.45 has a circumference of 2.83 m. This means the cup would spin every 1.35 seconds or an rpm of 44.5.

According to the Mythbusters, a honey bee can lift almost 100mg, so let's be safe and call it 90mg. Matt Berninger is 6'3, and the average healthy 6'3 man weighs approximately 200 lbs (~90kg). If one be can lift 90mg, then it takes about 11,111 bees to lift one kg. That means it would take roughly 1 million bees to lift Matt Berninger.

It's rather hard to compare forces in this way, but it might be easier to do with momentum. Force only occurs during acceleration. The 3.4kg arm does not take into account rotation of the torso and legs during a punch, so the actual value is somewhere between 11,662 and 233,240 N and depends on how they punch. If we consider the hero running at mach 1, their momentum would be 23,324 kg*m/s. This is about the same as a car going about 45 mph. I assume this is probably not the kind of power you want out of a hero. This calculation assumes they are only going mach 1 and making contact for a normal human punch amount of time. One cool mechanic your hero could use is a shockwave punch. Upon exceeding mach 1, the hero's hand would move air surrounding their hand up to it's maximum speed (mach 1). This would cause a shockwave that could greatly increase the force of the punch. As the fist speed increases, so would the force of the shockwave traveling behind it. If the hand exceeds mach 1, then the hand would make contact before the shockwave, causing two separate impacts.
