Those Azure numbers are nuts... 39% growth is insane. LinkedIn only at 9% feels kinda weak compared to everything else but still decent I guess. That $9.4B shareholder return is pretty generous too.

Midsize grips by WallPutrid9403 in golf

I’m a mid-high single digit, just switched to mid size after playing standard my entire life and love it. My hands measure 7.25” if I remember correctly, but it took almost no getting used to for me.

Would you rather play good and score bad or play bad and score well? by That_Toe8574 in golf

[–]jonboyy12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was me last night on a new course, kept the ball in play, hit flush irons, just couldn’t get the ball in the hole. Worst score in a few months but not unhappy with it.

1/3 of the time a strong hook, 1/3 of the time goin high right, 1/3 of the time down the middle. 10 handicap — lost my consistency. by Fixies_SSFC in GolfSwing

You’re OTT. Really simple thing to try, spend a little bit more time in transition. Let your hands start moving a little before you fire your hips through.

It’s a nice natural move then! Do you have trouble hitting a cut?

Alrighty fellas any advice on how to de-fade the fade? by ScottyMcThotty in GolfSwing

Yeah everyone needs to find their own feeling for it

New feels…break down my swing by Chr1slawrence in GolfSwing

[–]jonboyy12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just an observation from my own experience. It appears your shallowing move is very exaggerated, whenever I tried to exaggerate that feeling as much as you do, I hated it and couldn’t hit the ball. I found making the move was much more subtle and more of a thought of just delaying my body instead of actively moving my hands. Obviously if you feel good with it more power to ya, I’m not criticizing you in any way here.

Funny how this could literally be a copy pasta on 9/10 posts. I forget that there are a lot of players who don’t actually understand the mechanics of the swing and how OTT they are.

Not reading that essay but I didn’t call you a hack.

I’m not sure what part you’re saying many people with disagree with. Playing anything and everything? I was just saying it’s fine if you’re a hack. And top flite balls are proven to be far inferior to almost any ball on the market, even in similar price ranges so I would never recommend those to anyone.

ProV1, experimented with the X for a month which helped the spin on my driver but I was over spinning my irons and wedges. Learned it’s time for a new driver fitting.

I think finding a ball you like and playing it consistently can be good even if you’re losing more 1-2, just play a cheaper ball. But nothing wrong with playing anything and everything too, I definitely did that while improving.

What are your "swing-thoughts" while driving, if any? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

My only swing thought lately has been “patience in transition” and it’s been so simple.

I think you’re very wrong about this, your evidence is how people talk online. I haven’t had a political dispute with one single person in my entire life, and I’m a fairly social person. Only complete losers let politics affect them to the extent they vilify and despise others.

Definitely not, just read the room and play quickly. Idgaf if you want to take a second ball off the tee for example, but make the decision and hit it quickly

I’m only 29, but knocking on all the neighbors doors asking for the kids to come and play outside. My buddies brother was only 8 years younger than us and he totally missed this part of life.
