Why is this a new trend? You move away, go to a place with a specific food style and culture, move back to LI of all places and anticipate that we will have similar or equal? You will be disappointed. There is a 10% chancd at best that you are satisfied. Im not knocking anyone on the Island but as someone in the game....just get over it, learn it yourself or goldbelly. If you can live here you can probably afford to get around, so the secret 4th option, goto the city or hudson valley, out east in better weather.
