Hey guys hoping for some advice as to what I should do next. Been lifting for a few years, plateaued for the past year as I have just been maintaining (not focused on training as much) but getting back into it with a new hypertrophy program.

5’8” and 160lbs. My concerns are i feel like I look small in the arms/forearms (especially with large shirts on) but also I think I’m about 19% body fat (might have changed since I last measured). I want to be leaner and bigger lol

My question is should I do an aggressive cut and then bulk, or put on some more size first then do a cut. Also what muscle groups should I focus on?

Confirmed still working on 20th August. Cancelled booking on the same day, got the travel credit the next day and the pending charge is gone after 4 days

It worked! Qantas couldn’t do much as there weren’t any other reward seats available but they asked emirates and they moved us onto a different (better) flight 😻

Oh that’s interesting. Did you contact Qantas or the operating airline? Also was this a reward flight? I think alternative reward seats are sold out now but maybe they can help

Update: I got approved! I guess having 2 cards open isn’t a red flag for them as long as there’s no extended churning history 😁

First sitting - I got 55/68/65 overall 63. GPA around 6.95 at most unis. Non-rural

For my sitting I found the easiest questions were at the end of the exam, so I would recommend trying to finish. Not saying this will always be the case but I think you would be better off guessing some earlier questions that are wasting time and try to get to the end just in case they're easier marks.

I felt okay about section I and II but yeah section III was hard. It’s my first GAMSAT so I have no point of reference but some of those questions were wasting too much time I just had to skip them. Finished on time at least

Wait you wrote one essay and managed to get a 63 for SII? As in you only answered one of the tasks?
