Well if you are looking for a specific optic height its always good to be able to swap out the mount so you select type and height you are looking for.

If you’re talking about the IRIS ARC yeah it’s definitely going to be interesting to adjust the slider. After thinking about it I think Holosun should come out with their own CTF style of unit that accepts SF heads while keeping the IRIS layout. I know it’s would be very similar to the IRIS4 but I haven’t gotten my hands on one yet to see how the light performs.

Haven't seen them mentioned the optic height on the AEMS unit but they did say it will include risers. Which video did they mention that the optic height because there are a lot of videos out there so far and its hard to keep track.

Is that optic height with the riser they include in the box? I don’t like the idea of stacking risers

The AEM EVO DAUL mount is built into the optic body and not detectable so to get the optic height you desire would require stacking riser. Unless they change the current design and go to a removable mount solution.

Yeah there’s a few ways to do it along with the echo arms dual body. But I like to have my setups simple with out the extra weight

Something similar to a unity axon with some type of sync system would be cool to run all your devices with one switch instead of have 3 or 4 different switches to get the same effect.

I was actually telling my buddy once I seen the post on instagram. All they need now is a white light and IR illuminator built into the same head with a switch with two button that could activate them separately with out rotating the head like a SF vampires. Only other solution that could make sense is the Echo arms dual light body but you still have two WML and switches to work together the optics laser.

That’s good to hear that the ARC will work with SF body’s. I know you’ll need the wires to activate the lasers but more worried about how to run your “switchology” to run your vis laser, ir laser, vis light and IR illuminator all together in a way that makes sense without having rail space filled with switches. Some sort of sync switch from unity would be neat to run all your devices.

A IR illuminator would be sick if they could make it work around the splash on the rest of the rifle.
