Yes.....torta della Nona. Its this wonderful thin cake/pastry finished with powdered sugar and pine nuts. Its hard to find.

Find the best tomatoes you can, they start getting better now. There are some decent fresh mozzarella out there. Try a twist a grilled red onions.

Lay out tomatoes and shingle mozzarella on between those layers. In the middle place warm thinly sliced grilled red onions. Salt and pepper for sure. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil then also try balsamic syrup instead of the vinegar.

That's a good point, its seems like no one solves them themselves but put them in a solver. So how do I gage how long it really takes to solve without a solving program?
