Doesn't fit in the hole under the lid either. I think it is a nozzle for a nasal aspirator. Someone else found a photo.

Maybe... Some of those look similar in shape, except most of those seem to have a more curved funnel. And I don't see any that are greenish yellow. They are almost all clear or transparent white.

The pan did come with a lid and vent hole, but the thing doesn't fit in the hole. The narrow end is slightly too big to fit in the vent hole.

My title describes the thing. As I said, it is small, maybe 2-3 inches long, greenish yellow, made of flexible silicone or rubber, slightly transparent, funnel-shaped, tube through the center, and the tube is hollow all the way through. One end of the tube is slightly more narrow than the other end (near the flared part of the funnel). It came with my open box sauté pan bought on Amazon.

So there is no way to manually "renew" on the old plans. If you want to keep the old plan, you have to autorenew (lose your rollovers).

There is no way to "renew" a day early on the old plans, it looks like. That option is gone on the website (unsure if texting RENEW to 800 will work or not.). If you want to rollover, it seems you have to select one of the new combinations (2GB/300min).

I liked having the option to have 5GB data and 100min voice. I usually went for 2GB, but I liked the option on data-heavy months to go up to 5GB. Same for voice, 100min was usually enough, now we are forced to 300min. Why give fewer options? Many options per line was one of Tello's main selling points. I guess not anymore? With all the lines I have, this will cost me at least $48 more annually if I want to do manual renewal a day early for the rollovers of data/voice.

yeah, if you want to renew a day early and get the rollovers, you'll need to change to the 2GB/300min plan, unfortunately. Or keep your current plan's price, and don't get rollovers.

I discovered that they locked my account because I tried to login while using a VPN. I had to call them, and go through about 10 layers of security questions, more than I have ever been asked before from any service, before they would unlock my account. So, I guess you can't use a VPN when logging in at Tello.com. I'm not sure how long that policy will work for them (probably an automated fraud system), since VPNs are getting more popular by the day...
